Registered and incorporated in HongKong in 1988, PICO Group is an enterprise combines Hi-Tech, manufacturing and trading together. Its business domain covers software programming, IT engineering as well as design and manufacture of electrical parts of the automobiles. The products are mainly sold to USA, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Automobile electrical parts mainly covers Starter, Alternator and its accessories, and we mainly produced Starter / Alternator for foreign brand automobiles (USA, Europe, Japan). Pico has owned factories in Xiamen, ChangShu ,ShangHai and WuXi.

PICO started to engage in Automobile Starter and Alternator remanufacture business since 1988, accumulated sales to 480,000 units, main customers includes General Motor, Delco, AAP etc.. Our products basically supplied to OE after sales market. We are proud of our quality. The returned products ratio being 0.1%less. PICO as a brand, we are reputable in American market. We are the member of APRA (Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association).
In 2008, PICO was appointed by NDRC (National Development Reform Commission) as pilot manufacturer for Auto Parts Remanufacture. There are only 14 Companies with the similar qualification. We had started to develop total 23 remanufactured Starters and Alternators, brands including Santana, Jieda, Fukang, Mini Vehicle etc.. We also developed 4 and 6 cylinder diesel engine remanufactured Alternator/Starter.

We had been granted with ISO 9001 and TS16949 accreditation. You will find all kind of experiment equipment in our factory. In addition, there are quite a number of advanced world class test machines and life test equipments. We had received big orders from famous Wei Chai (WeiFang) Power Remanufacture Co., Ltd.and China National Heavy Track Group JiNan Fu Qiang Power Co., Ltd. to remanufacture their engine Starters/Alternators.
PICO is the major partner working together with Government department to set up standard for Remanufacture Automobile Starter/Alternator. End products will be reviewed /examined as per set standard.By far the products electrical and mechanical performance being well recognized by the market.

Picopulse (Changshu) Auto Motor Co., Ltd. employs 15 engineers and 150 remanufacturing skilled workers. There are totally 10000-square-meter workshop and the capacity per year is to assembly 300,000 units of remanufacturing starters and alternators including Delco series, Ford Series, Mitsubishi series, Nippondenso series, and European automotive series. The remanufacturing factory including remanufacturing laborary, Surface treatment workshop, remanufacturing parts workshop and assembly workshop. Our company mainly engaged in selling remanufactured products under these qualification enterprises.
